Returns

• Eligible items may be returned within 07 days of delivery for a refund.
• To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all packaging, certificates, and tags intact.
• Please note that customized, engraved, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days upon inspection and approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable. (If any)

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within 07 days of delivery, under the same conditions as returns.
• You may select another item of equal or greater value (with any difference payable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

How to initiate a return or exchange

2. You will receive return authorization and instructions for secure shipping.
3. Pack your item carefully in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable and insured service.
4. Upon receipt, we will complete your return or exchange promptly.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using insured shipping, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels.
